The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most
beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels
like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of

We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

-Room was very clean.
-Housekeeping was very quick and efficient, it seemed as if they never were there except for all new towels.
- Overall the hotel staff was very nice. -
large, clean room with a whirlpool bath in the room and a small refrigerator. Spacious bathroom counter. Great hot breakfast in the morning. Everything seemed clean.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed nightly movie in courtyard #2. Though the big flower arrangement made it hard to see the movie for some people.
There was n incident with some people in the courtyard at 230am which the staff quickly delt with. -

The room was clean and smelled fresh. The outside is very charming and country like. Location was fantastic. It was quiet. Friendly staff. We were able to check in an hour early. There was no parking when we returned at 11:30pm and the man behind the desk was quick to offer to move his car for us. we were impressed and will be back. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!

Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front
desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I
arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room
with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The
hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet
a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but
there are plenty of alternatives close by.

Reasonably priced, centrally located, quiet, comfortable bedding and two
pool choices, front desk staff especially Alaina(morning staff) very
helpful and giving us suggests of where to go & what we could do.
Continental breakfast, nothing fancy but a good start to get you going.
Would recommend and stay again.Considering the small amount of time
spent in room not necessary to spend alot for the stay. Car not
necessary to get around in town. Also used Bus transit pass with tours

Apartment was in a family house with separate entrance. It was very clean and had a private clean bathroom and a terrace. There was also a kitchen for guests, equipped with cookware, which we could use for cooking or making coffee. The breakfast was also served here.
