  They were very friendly family, couldnt do enough for us, we had a small problem when we were there, an earwig was in our room, immediatly they wanted to change our room, but, I said hey our room is on ground level you have to expect the odd bug to get in, other then that we had a great time, also, the next day even after check out, they let us le... ce que les gens disent » ave our baggage /bags there until we left that night at 10pm, I ask u would any of the other big hotels let you do that without it costing you extra m - Very nice place, budget-friendly and very spacious rooms as well. We were located right at the heart of the action, just a couple of minutes walk away from Clifton Hill where all the action is happening ! No cab or bus necessary, everything is at a walking distance. Staff was very nice to us and we would for sure consider going back there if we travel back to Niagara. Thanks a lot !

  Le prix par rapport à la qualité des équipements dans la chambre et à la possibilité d'avoir une piscine intérieur. Tout semblait être très récent dans l'hôtel. - Personnel aimable; séjour agréable, lits propres et confortables; salle de bain impécable; serviettes en grande quantité!!!

  The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The outdoor pool was clean. Reasonable prices for pop machine in lobby. - Location was pretty great, walking distance to Clifton Hill and not too busy road which was nice.   The Motel is rather old, but the room was clean and quite comfortable. The heart shaped Jacuzzi was the most comfortable and longest one we've seen. We are both tall and always found the corner jacuzzi's to be really small and uncomfortable. There was also a gas fireplace in the room. The Cyrstal Inn has an outdoor pool but it was too chilly to ... ce que les gens disent » go in. The room we stayed in was usually $199 and on letsbookhotel.com we got it for $99 which was a great price. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. - The location was perfect. On the river and bike path and bike train! Quiet and relaxing. Super accommodating. As tandem cyclists, Joe matched us to a main level corner unit. They also kept our bags on checkout so we could extend our bike ride with a friend to Queenston Heights. Also recommended a $1.95 breakfast! Great help. But the coolest feature was looking out our picture window at a 70 foot Buddhist pagoda!? Also used the refreshing outdoor pool to cool off.
