  Excellent service and very friendly staff. The room was good and clean. Breakfast on the balcony was leisurely and good value. It arrived at the pre requested time. The bed was comfy, towels clean, dressing gowns and slippers provided and all facilities were as described. The b and b is only a short walk to the main attractions. The breakfast was brought to the room. It was yogurt, fresh fruit, and an assortment of breads. Lovely presentation and enough to save some for later. The house is away from the circus atmosphere that is on the hill near the falls which we loved. Also, we arrived quite early and we were able to park our car and walk to the falls until time to check in. It was a very nice location.

  We had the most amazing time during our trip to Niagara Falls and our stay at Villa Alexandrea just made the whole trip complete. Everything was so clean, wonderfully comfortable, and cozy.   It was quaint and very homey. Millie, the owner of this B&B, was very friendly and helpful. It was very close (5 to 10 minute walking distance) to all of the tourist attractions and restaurants by the falls. Also, it was just a 15 to 20-minute slow walk to the falls. You also have complete access to the kitchen for coffee, tea - Apartment was in a family house with separate entrance. It was very clean and had a private clean bathroom and a terrace. There was also a kitchen for guests, equipped with cookware, which we could use for cooking or making coffee. The breakfast was also served here.
