  The staff was courteous and willing to help with any matter. The rooms were exceptionally clean and aired before our arrival. The beds were very comfortable and, despite the cold weather, we felt cozy and warm throughout the night. Highly recommended stay and should be ranked far higher than just 2 stars. It is no accident that L' Opera has among ... ce que les gens disent » the best scores (if not the best) on letsbookhotel.com for Sofia, as the quality offered for the price quoted is amazing. - It is a very comfortable, home-like, cosy hotel; extremely clean and at a perfect location. The rooms are very well heated (in winter; and equipped with air conditioning for the hot months) and one can't hear the traffic. The staff is very accommodating (thank you for making our stay a most pleasant one!). It is a good value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone.

  This is a nice place to stay. Free and fast Wifi. Walking distance to the centre. Mall of Sofia 10 minute walk. Supermarkets and restaurants a short walk. Load of laundry is 3 euro. Private parking in the next street for 5 euro per day. There is no free public parking. Big clean room but tiny bathroom. Air-con costs an extra 1 euro per day. - The... ce que les gens disent » location was excellent. The owner visited and gave us quite a bit of information. Gery who lives at Hotel Sofia Guesthouse speaks some English and she made coffee and tea for us each morning. She washed our clothes too (3 euros a load ). The kitchen is great though not many utensils. Great room ... everything very clean.

  I can say just one thing "wonderful"! The hotel is very design, clean and cosy. The people were very kind and smiling. The rooms are large and very well designed in wonderful french style. I was impressed by the quality at low price. I recommend this hotel to everyone: business travelers, families or just married.
