  The staff was courteous and willing to help with any matter. The rooms were exceptionally clean and aired before our arrival. The beds were very comfortable and, despite the cold weather, we felt cozy and warm throughout the night. Highly recommended stay and should be ranked far higher than just 2 stars. The rooms are very well heated (in winter; and equipped with air conditioning for the hot months) and one can't hear the traffic. The staff is very accommodating (thank you for making our stay a most pleasant one!). It is a good value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone.

  This is a nice place to stay. Free and fast Wifi. Walking distance to the centre. Mall of Sofia 10 minute walk. Supermarkets and restaurants a short walk. Load of laundry is 3 euro. Private parking in the next street for 5 euro per day. There is no free public parking. Big clean room but tiny bathroom. Gery who lives at Hotel Sofia Guesthouse speaks some English and she made coffee and tea for us each morning. She washed our clothes too (3 euros a load ).   d best u can get at such price with very hospitable staffs ready to help u out at all times...really had a nice stay there - I can say just one thing "wonderful"! The hotel is very design, clean and cosy. The people were very kind and smiling. The rooms are large and very well designed in wonderful french style. Go there without hesitate - Petar and Ema who staffed reception on our first ever visit to Sofia & Bulgaria were wonderful.
