For €25 a night per room there are no complaints from me or my wife. We met a very nice and kind host in the guesthouse. He did as he said: "I like to help people." He help us a lot, such as he tried his best to cure my fiancée's hurt knee, drove us to the nice place for photo taking, visited his fd's family with desert and fresh juice and finally drove us to bus station for free when we leave. I would say, not matter where we visit. The most impressive thing is not the sights but how the local people treated you. We would highly recommend to stay in this place.

I was very impressed by kindness of the family who run this hotel. They picked us up from the Bus station and so nice to us all along. It was not only kindness, but also warmness from the heart, like when you would do when your friends visit your place. Before arriving to our destination the owner phoned us to make sure our trip way proceeding OK and he offered to come and pick us up if we will have difficulties locating the place.
The rooms were very clean, the owners very nice and the breakfast was abundant. There are some tables in front of the house and on the balcony, so you can enjoy the evening under the stars.
There is also a private parking.
Vila is located a 5 min walk from the old bridge.

This family run Pansion is very clean and comfortable. We spent two nights and had a chance to interact with the owners who are extremely friendly and helpful. Me and my girlfriend stayed her for 1 night while travelling through
Europe. Our aim was to travel on a cheap budget which often lends itself
to some pretty nasty hostels/hotels - this is definitely not the
case with Pansion Rose! All I can say is that it was exceptional. The
room was clean, spacious and boasted comfortable beds. The hotel itself
is much the same and located only 5min walk from Mostar Bridge.

Very nice staff. The owner came to pick us up at the busstation at 2AM!! And he also brought us there the next day. Very nice room with the most luxury shower I ever had and all this for an extremely low price. -

Excellent service. When visiting Mostar it is definitely a good idea to stay also the night there. At 5 p.m. most other tourists go back to Croatia. In the evening the temperature falls to a comfortable level and it is possible to enjoy the orientalic flair in the old town.

The hospitality of staff was so kind. We adored Ambra who took great care of us. She served our welcome drink and breakfast on rooftop terrace, and took the time to talk to us about life for the locals in Mostar. Suzanne and Nez were extremely helpful and friendly. We called from a few blocks away and they met us in their car to lead the way. Their home is in the heart of Old Town, was demolished in the war, and has been completely rebuilt. An amazing story. You could not ask for better hosts or a better location to see Mostar.
