  We stayed in August 2013 and we really enjoyed our stay. The building's facade can give you the wrong idea but the rooms are brand-new and very nice.   We arrived for our stay rather late at night and so we didn't have a full appreciation for the location until morning. We took a taxi from the bus station and upon arrival the owner Alisa told us that if we had told her when we were arriving she would have met us at the bus station and given us a ride to the apartments. In addition, Alisa is very helpful and polite host, so you will not be disappointed.

It's in a good location near the Franciscan church, though can be a bit tricky to get to by car due to the one way street. The staff are very friendly and helpful.   The owners are a wonderful couple that treat you like family. The place was very clean and the rooms comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner were provided. Breakfast in the mornings was only 4 Euros and incredible both in taste and portion. When we asked if there was a place for laundry they took our laundry and had it cleaned and folded for us. Owner drove us to the - The hotel has an extremely warm staff who are there to help with any matter. definitely one feels like at home in this hotel especially in the morning when homemade breakfast is prepared. also the hotel is very very clean and one can feel the nice smell in the all of hotel premises. As my family and I travel often to Mostar, this hotel will be, from now on, our second home :)
