Traveling from Cusco to La Paz, a stay at Copacabana comes natural. The hotel is easily accessible, on the beach of Lago Titicaca, close to the place where the boats leave to the islands in the Lago. The reception was very helpful in organizing WiFi, the room was very nice and agreeable, with a great view, the restaurant is recommendable. Parking is ample and safe.

Breakfast was pretty decent, not exceptional. The room was spacious and had TV DVD and a heater. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and new. The staff was solicit, but I didn't stay long enough to need any services. The city itself is the attraction and after a tiring day climbing Sun Island, you can come back and have a nice rest.

The staff was so amazing! So young, friendly and would try and speak English with us. We loved the hammocks that over looked lake titicaca! It was so peaceful! And there was two kitties and a dog that roamed around the ground which was so cute.

The location is on the water and out of the town centre which meant it was quieter

Great location right on the lake with amazing views from each room. Very modern design, luxurious rooms with comfortable beds. Deliciousl breakfast, the best out of all hotels I stayed in South America. Impressive customer service. Carlos, the manager is very friendly and super helpful with everything. He goes an extra mile for every guest. The hotel has got the reputation of the best in Copacabana and I totally agree.

We are retired world travelers on a budget. Hotel Utama was a delightful medium sized hotel, with clean, comfortable rooms, hot water, and a very good breakfast included. It was tastefully decorated with murals all around. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had great views of lake Titicaca and the town of Copacabana. It sits on a hill so it's a little hike to get to it but, it's closer to the lake than about 50% of the hotels there, about a 5-7 minute walk. We enjoyed our 4 day stay t
