The hotel is easily accessible, on the beach of Lago Titicaca, close to the place where the boats leave to the islands in the Lago. The reception was very helpful in organizing WiFi, the room was very nice and agreeable, with a great view, the restaurant is recommendable. Parking is ample and safe.

  Breakfast was pretty decent, not exceptional. The room was spacious and had TV DVD and a heater. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and new. The staff was solicit, but I didn't stay long enough to need any services. So young, friendly and would try and speak English with us. We loved the hammocks that over looked lake titicaca! It was so peaceful! And there was two kitties and a dog that roamed around the ground which was so cute.

Very modern design, luxurious rooms with comfortable beds. Deliciousl breakfast, the best out of all hotels I stayed in South America. Impressive customer service. Carlos, the manager is very friendly and super helpful with everything. He goes an extra mile for every guest. The hotel has got the reputation of the best in Copacabana and I totally agree.
