From the moment I arrived I felt special. That feeling remained
throughout my all too short visit.The location, an easy walk from the
train station, is central to everything Poperinge offers. I was there
the two nights that the restaurant is closed, but other guests gave it
high marks. The beds and chairs are very comfortable. The hot water in

I was visiting with a friend & my son & stayed in the suite
which was ideal with two rooms. The purpose of our trip was to visit the
ww1 sites & the holel was in a lovely situation overlooking the town
square with many other bars & restuarants available to relax after
our visits. Hotel spotless & friendly well situated for the bus stop
& train station with late trains from Eiper. The food served in the
restuarnt was superb as was the service. Would certainly return.

We stayed in the Gastenkamers (B&B) which were just up the road from the hotel itself. The room was charming and very large with an ingenious "fold-out" balcony. The shower was a fantastic large walk-in with a great rainshower. -

La literie et la propreté. -
We loved the hospitality. Rita was very friendly and helpful. We rented the bikes which were in great condition and biked to Westvletern which was a flat 5 mile ride away. We also took advantage of the complimentary beer. The breakfast was filling and we had a great sleep. Would stay again if we go back to Poperi
