the B&B was central to the township, beautifully presented and full of character. The rooms were small, but clean, with excellent facilities.
The stay was a delight and I would say it was a highlight of our Western Australian trip. Congratulations to the owner/builder for rescuing an old icon of the area, and providing a most unique building.

This was a really quaint guest house in Margaret River. It has real character and was ideal for our 2 night stay in the area. The reception staff were very friendly. I liked the bathroom with a big stand alone bath and the little patio outside. Breakfast was also excellent. If you want something different from another "motel" type room, then it is ideal.

We found the place easily and received a friendly welcome. It is conveniently located close to lovely Middleton Beach but only a short drive to the centre of town as well. Our unit was clean, well set out and well-equipped and the reverse cycle air-conditioning heated it quickly and kept it at a comfortable temperature. We also made use of the gue

Immaculate facilities with a very well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and there was a very clean undercover BBQ area. Location is ideal for Middleton Beach and walking along the Boardwalk around Mt Clarence. Park Avenue Holiday Units were in a quiet location and the unit was very comfortable. Very highly recommended!

Our appartment was lovely- very clean and well presented. We had all the facilities we needed to cook for ourselves. The pool and grounds were well maintained- the bbqs were spotless!!! Staff were friendly and helpful- allowed us to check in slightly early. Even though there were quite a lot of rooms occupied it was still very quiet and peaceful.

This place was a great find - reasonably priced for Broome, close to the
beach, close to the town bus, and with a nice pool and clean apartments
(which I'd thought looked a bit tired in the pictures, but they
looked much better when we got there). Staff were also very friendly,
and happy to book tours which were charged onto your Blue Seas account.
I would definitely recommend Blue Seas.

Very spacious rooms in our twin bedroom twin bathroom apartment with kitchen. We liked getting two complimentary large bottles of water per day for two couples as Geraldton water tastes pretty awful. The location is the best - a walk to most things. -

I liked the fact that the apartment had 2 televisions. A large one in the lounge with foxtel and one in the bedroom. The large fridge was handy and there was plenty of wardrobe space. Overall the place was modern, clean and comfortable. -
Very comfortable and central location. Considering the work being done in the area, it was quiet.
