Room are very clean & very modern with all the gadgets that u need , the king size bed was great and the lay out of the 1 brm was just great

Staff followed up with a phone call (which we appreciated) after check-out re our complaint of poor TV reception - advising he had changed the cable and the reception was now fine. We weren't aware we could contact staff re the TV reception (as we thought it would cost us a "call-out" fee) considering it was the weekend and the hotel reception wasn't manned. We were happy with the cost for the 2 night stay.

The friendly family atmosphere which you notice as soon as you walk through the door, the cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the bedrooms. The staff were so friendly, approachable and helpful which made my stay very pleasant. -

Reasonably priced, the villa was better than a motel room as it had a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The staff were amazing and the place was walking distance to a mall. A few minutes drive to Westfield mall, close to the airport, not that far from cbd by bus.
I would recommend colonial village to everyone.

It was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Great price for budget conscious families. Despite the wet bed and carpet from upstairs I was offered another room which I declined because it wasn't bothering us. I would stay there again in the future. -

We love this house! Yes, it is much more like a house than a hotel. There is no reception, the code is provided to open your room, just like returning home. It surprised us when we entered the room. They were great! We had an unplanned late arrival and I had been unable to call to warn them. When we arrived they were closed and I was terrified that we would have a problem. But they had gone ahead and left our key and booking taped to the window.
