  Having been to Sydney several times staying at different hotels each time (4 or 5 stars),we always break up our stays with two hotels for variety. The Intercontinental on Circular Quay had the most professional,helpful and friendliest staff of all the hotels we've stayed at in Sydney. Our view from 2218 was excellent - we were really thrilled. Big thanks to the Conceirges who made our requests for massages and restaurants easy.   It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful. I ordered Room Service breakfast which was delivered hot and on time and it was everything and more than I expected.   I liked the ground floor gardens and plants. A credit to the owner who I spoke to. I also enjoyed the breakfasts and it was of very high standard. The motel is an older one which was built in 1985. However the room was lovely and comfortable and the bed was excellent. All in all I was most pleased.   We booked 1 night here to get a break from driving 2000km in our campervan, and ended up wishing we booked longer! Nice spacious, clean apartment, with good beds and all amenities.
