  Although the units we joined there was a sense of privacy. Parking was close to the room. The children had plenty of space. The unit was easy to 'live in'. The gym and pool were an added bonus. The ability to order food in was fantastic.   The convenience to the club and shops for meals, comfort and cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and willing to offer advice on where to go and how to get there. We enjoyed our stay very much. The club next door for meals was fantastic. We didn't have to go looking for meals. - Facilities were new and clean, ample for my needs/booking. Manger left key out for us as we arrived late and was nice enoght to also leave us the wi-fi password in case we needed it (which we did).   Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! - Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around. Staff were very lovely and helpful.

  Staff are great..! good family friendly environment, Relaxed and very enjoyable stay Had great BBQ facilities and the simple things like "Mugs"plates n knives n forks is a real pleasure. - We had a family of 6 staying in the one room. There were two main sleeping areas plus a fold out couch. The sleeping areas were very private.

  The family room had a door to section off the kids room. Also a tv for kids and one for parents. The microwave, kettle, toaster n fridge. Loved the plunger coffee. - The position was good. Staff were friendly and helpful - proud to promote their areas. Had plenty of ideas and suggestions where to go and/or dine.
