The Beach House was incredible, the bed was so comfy, room was so spacious, amenitites were beautiful. The location of the property was excellent right across from the beach but also secluded and in a very natural setting. -

This hotel is very modern and e trembly we'll equipped. It has all the facilities one could expect and more. There are two pools adjacent to each other, one open air and the other covered. The staff were fantastic, especially those at breakfast. I didn't catch the girls name who was there both mornings yet she was helpful, polite and accommodating. Not sure of her name unfortunately yet I intend ringing them and passing on the feedback once I am back home and passing it on. I would appreciate it if you did as well. -

Coming from a Hotel Management background, I know what it means to make
people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by
this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the

Sunday -
Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were always greeted when we walked through the door and asked about our day! Peaceful through the night but loads to do during the days and evenings. 30 second walk from the beach so ideal and the free shuttle bus to and from the town centre was great as if it was full for a time slot they always offer

The staff were wonderful and so kind,helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The deluxe spa room was brilliant and had such a special holiday feel to it.The eatery and bar next door had great atmosphere and the beach is only a stones' throw away.We definitely would stay here again!

Staff very helpful, comfortable bed, balcony... everything you need for a one-night escape from the son's 20th Birthday Party in Toormina!
We'll certainly keep the Sanctuary in mind if we ever want to escape again, but don't want to travel too far...lol -

We were only passing through en route to the Gold Coast but we were very impressed with the standard of the accommodation and would definitely consider booking an extended stay at the resort for a future long weekend or family holiday at Coffs Harbour.
