Service could not have been more obliging; ill friend travelling all needs met moving rooms. Food beautiful; staff very friendly; sport shop next door children loved. Girls loved pizza by the pool and drinks; lots of laughs. Staff welcoming to visiting family and friends; extras staying no problem for minimal cost. :)

The room had 12 power outlets! 12! and 4 of them were either side of the bed.
The Air con was new and worked brilliantly.
The room was ver spacious which was great when it is raining and you have kids.
There are deer which were just a lovely touch for the kids.
There is a heated pool and spa which were very well kept.

Although I was only passing through Albury and had a shor stay, the staff were very attentive and friendly. Parking was easily available and free. The room was large, clean and well presented. The location was ideal for my travels through Albury and the standard of accommodation for the price was excellent. I also enjoyed my evening meal, which was delicious as was the wine. 10 out of 10 to the staff on duty.

Friendly and helpful owners providing us with an immaculate well equiped room on the first floor overlooking the river with an extensive view. Evening meal available in the Pelican Restaurant which was freshly cooked and good value,a good breakfast also provided and included in the room cost .

Staff were so nice and cheerful and really helpful. Told us where was good to eat, where would be nice to go in the morning. We were just passing through but we were very impressed with the service and the room was comfy and clean. I also left my phone charger in the room and the cleaners found it and left it on my car for me :) -

Had great BBQ facilities and the simple things like "Mugs"plates n knives n forks is a real pleasure. -
We had a family of 6 staying in the one room. There were two main sleeping areas plus a fold out couch. The sleeping areas were very private.

We had a problem with the door lock after hours and Peter worked very hard to get it sorted out as quickly as possible. He had to call in a locksmith to gain access to our room. He placed us in a vacant room so that we did not have to stay outside in the cold. I was most impressed by the way he looked after us during

Great motel for large families,especially the inter connecting rooms.
Very clean facilities,pool looks great from the balcony,just needed some warmer weather. Very friendly staff.

we liked the off the street parking and very central to the shops and clubs. also we both have bad backs and we were put on the ground floor for this reason, so we didn't have to lug cases up the stairs. thankyou -
