  Set back from the street in a nice quiet location in a cul de sac so there was no passing traffic. We stayed in the Tuscan room which although it was the smallest was quite adequate. There was a couple of lounge areas where you could sit by the fire chatting during the evening, watch TV or curl up with a book. Breakfast prepared by Graeme (who is a cook) was very nice - Very welcomeing, friendly, it was like you were staying in someone's house. Our host Graeme was helpful and hospitable and cooks a yummy breakfast. We came in on cold night to a warm cosy room. There was also a fire in the lounge room if you wished to sit there. We found our room comfortaleble and stayed there with a glass of wine.The first 1st photos is of the room we stayed in, so I know them to be true.

  Spacious rooms, a very warm welcome and a beautiful pool and spa. We were welcomed with a glass of complimentary bubbly and when we got back to the hotel at night, we found a night cap with some chocolate waiting on us in our room. Ulladulla is beautifully situated, close to a beach and lighthouse which is a perfect whale lookout. Manger left key out for us as we arrived late and was nice enoght to also leave us the wi-fi password in case we needed it (which we did).   The setting was great, shame about the weather. The dinner in the dining room on Saturday evening was exceptional. The food and service was outstanding even with 3 large separate parties. - The setting, the area close to the open fire. The Buffet Breakfast. The cafe as a place to enjoy a coffee .   We enjoyed our stay, we slept well, the unit was clean and Neville couldn't do enough for us. We enjoyed seeing all the birds congregate in the central area first thing in the morning.
