Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! -
Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around.
Staff were very lovely and helpful.

Having stayed in other hotels during our travels in Australia and KL we have to say that this hotel completely met our needs regarding facililites in the appartment. It had more than adequate cooking facilites, dishwasher etc. This hotel has got it right. Excellent information guide. Cannot fault it really. Good location for buying food to cook

The Quest Bondi Junction is in a great location, close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and finished to a high standard with quality fittings and appliances , we had a good nights sleep in a very clean and comfortable bed. The reception staff, Jack and Zeina were polite, friendly and very helpful, we will be recommending this establishment to our family and friends.

The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchen facilities were clean and included all necessary equipment.The outside balcony with table and chairs was comfy.
The location was just a short walk downhill to the Port Macquarie town centre.
The motel was pleasantly presented and staff helpful and friendly.

The managers, Conan and Kim were very friendly. Conan carried our luggage up the one flight of stairs for us. The room that we had, although not large, had everything that we needed including a two burner stove top, a microwave and a small oven/grill. All the features of the motel, from furnishings to the site we stayed in and the excellent staff. I will be recommending The Grand Mercure Hills Lodge to everyone I know who are planning to stay in Sydney and I intend to make it one of my first stops next time I visit Sydney. The décor in the hotel grounds were exquisite. The restaurant, the bar, the outdoor seating ,spa treatment even to the pool and sauna were wonderful! The staff were very engaging . Highly recommend staying here! A+++

We were so welcomed the staff were are so friendly. The rooms
beautifully decorated, crisp and so clean. The breakfast room and
outside patio casual dining makes you forget you are on a busy Sydney
street. You walk out the solid front door and there's the beach. We
have booked ahead for our friends and relatives for our daughter 's

I liked the warm friendly greeting on arrival which continued throughout my stay. I loved the relaxed atmosphere. Being invited to help myself to tea & coffee in the main area at anytime even though there were facilities in the room. I felt welcome. It was lime being "Home away from home".

The staff were fantastic, especially those at breakfast. I didn't catch the girls name who was there both mornings yet she was helpful, polite and accommodating. Not sure of her name unfortunately yet I intend ringing them and passing on the feedback once I am back home and passing it on. I would appreciate it if you did as well. -

Cleaning staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a superior apartment after a mix up between the letsbookhotel.com booking and how the hotel had received the booking. The hotel staff were very prompt in resolving the issue. -
