Clean, comfortable, large accommodation, it was great to unpack and cook your own meals if you want to. A nice easy pretty walk into town, bikes available for free use. The owners were just the friendliest, loveliest people we have met, maybe because they are New Zealanders!! -

l'organisation a notre arrivée tardive, tout était prévu impeccable, la chambre avec cuisine en rez de jardin avec table extérieure donnant sur la piscine et le bbq, personnel très agréable malgré le barrage de la langue..... un endroit agréable a recommandé et bien situé. -

We loved the facilities. It felt right at home, and the place seemed like excellent value. Short walk to the beach, a small but pretty pool, bbq every night under the southern sky. Free beach toys for loan! -

The Outrigger Apartments were very well located for both the town of Port Douglas and the beach. The living area in our two bedroomed apartment was spacious and well equipped and the apartment itself was all that we needed for our stay. The Owner /Managers were very helpful and welcoming. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accomodat

Very helpful staff, great position. Good value for money. Rooms were very clean and bright. Really appreciated extra touches such as free use of beach umbrellas and chairs as well as kids toys. Thanks for making our first day at Port Douglas so memorable.

Really good apartments for families - extremely quiet, reasonably spacious and well equipped and delightful management. Well located just 5 mins from the beach and about a 10 min walk to the high street -

Quiet location, yet not far from main highway. Easy walk to Four Mile Beach at Port Douglas. Beds were comfortable. Well-appointed kitchen. Carport provided. Tennis court and pool on site. We cam with our family - big kids & grandkids - I had booked it almost a year ago off the Internet - I just hoped it was what we wanted & it was. The apartments were great - lovely to have the washing machine & driers - & the balconies. Loved the breakfasts by the pool - & the pool itself was fabulous. Thank you so much Port

We liked the layout of the Sands Resort and that every apartment looked out over the central garden and swimming pool area - a very pleasant atmosphere. The property was not a massive resort and was well secure. The management were very friendly and accommodating.A pleasant walk into the shopping precinct with a shuttle bus at reasonable cost at end of day.

We found Nimrod Resort a place to go for a quiet relaxing and peaceful holiday, with the advantage to being close to beaches, restaurants shops etc if you choose. Perfect location. -

Jakob was fantastic, so helpful with information on the area, and he even negotiated a discount for our snorkelling tour on the reef for us. The rooms were basic but fantastic value for money and extremely clean.

It's a very quiet yet convenient location in relation to the main street and businesses of town, clean and well cared for. Jakob is an excellent host with a plethora of knowledge of the region and the services available to visitors; he helped to make our stay a memorable and pleasant week. We highly recommend the Palm Villas!

We were actually shifted to Tropical Sands Resort as your internet service was down when we were making our booking. Was closer to town so preferred this location anyway. Very quiet location so very relaxing.
