The location was convenient, having a shop inside the hotel was so handy. Staff were very friendly, I liked being able to pay for a late check out. I had friends visit and they were impressed with the facilities and the cost was very reasonable. It was nice to receive a carton of milk on arrival and to have bottled water ready in

The accommadation and facilities were comfortable and well equipped.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and has great access to the Cat (free city Buses) services of Perth, also straight across the road is a mall with factory outlet stores for the shopper.

Hi Guys, I booked this Motel for my son and his partner as we often stay here and love the location and friendly staff, Our Kids just needed to get away as they have a baby due soon and what better place to stay than the Comfort Inn Bel Eyre Perth.

I have stayed at Goodearth a few times, I like the close proximity to the city-walking distance also buses outside if needed. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.The rooms are well maintained. I love the meals "food to go" that can be purchased in the motel that can be either delivered to your room, or eaten in the lounge area.

I found the location very good, its away from the night life on James street, so the noise is less noisy on the weekends!, i actually extended my stay until the 2nd July.
The staff were very nice everyone and very helpful :)
I would say this is probably the most cleanest and safest backpacking hostel in Perth! I would stay here again for sure! -

Can not believe how helpful and courteous the staff were --- all of them with no exception --- location is unbelievable walking distance from anything you may wish to go to and the room amenities were very good --- would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone. -

We loved the clean modern design, stand up shower, the artwork, climate control, safety features (room card in elevator), computers with free Internet in the lobby, free wifi in the lobby, baggage storage space upon arrival and departure, comfortable lobby area, quiet rooms, good selection of tv channels, comfortable bed etc!!! Also loved the kettle and fridge!!!

The bed and bedding was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Receptionist was so good at her job I advised the owner to ensure they strive to retain her as a member of staff.
