  The breakfast was included in the cost and was absolutely superb. The breakfast staff were awesome. The rooms were clean and large with Foxtel. Great room service on Sunday morning after midnight one of the best steak sandwiches I have ever eaten. The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.

  Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We receivedexcellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. - The gentlemen who recieved us was just excellent and wellcoming.

We requested for a 2 bedroom appartment but since it wasn't available they booked us in a 3 bedroom appartment for the same price. Dishwashing liquid, diswasher tablets, cooking pots and pans along with a BBQ grill on the balcony with an outdoor sitting - it is spacious, comfort bed and location is strategic near the city. we stayed at the Harwood Place one of Verandah apartment block. it is very quite place in the city . easy parking as they gave us one remote key for the garage no parking ticket in and out.. staff are very friendly and helpfull. i will be back again to this place on my next trip to Perth . :)

His knowledge of the hospitality industry is second to none. He will also advise you on what to do and what not when it comes to starting a new job in the hospitality sector.
