Piscine, sauna , jardins, bords de rivière, balcon terrasse. - We were impressed at the quality of the accom for the price and the features like beach inlet bbqs - everything was 'neat as a pin' and better than some 4/5 star resorts for cleanliness. We felt spoilt by the simple niceties like quality soaps, a full size fridge, small store close by and easy bus ride to the supermarket. The differen - We were pleasantly surprised that the advertisements accurately described our unit. We had a ground floor unit which was easily accessed from the covered car space. It opened out onto lawns which led to the marina where birds and ducks frequently landed. It was very quiet and conveniently located. We hope to return one day, even in the middle of winter because the reverse cycle air-con meant there was adequate heating for cold winter nights, infrequent though they are in Noosa.

  We stayed in a 2 bedroom single level apartment in the Mermaid wing and it was so handy, and walked straight out to the pool area. Throughly recommend it. We had friends staying at the same time in a loft apartment and they wish they had of booked one like ours. Loved the facilities - pool, spa, sauna and there was also a games room. Apartment was well stocked with all the things like vacum cleaner to a variety of kitchen untensils. Our apartment was reasonably spacious and had a balcony & a courtyard and both bedrooms had an ensuite.

  The location was great, just a short walk to Hastings st and there were buggy's operating during designated hours for those who didn't want to walk. We found the walk very pleasant though. Our room was great, we stayed in a budget apartment and it was actually really lovely and alot bigger then we expected.   We liked being a 4 minute walk from Noosa Junction shopping centre & only 7 minutes to the main beach & Hasting St. Balcony was excellent having sun from lunch until set. The unit was large & also in a quiet area with a great view. Danielle & Jon the managers were friendly & helpful.   On arrival we found that the fully renovated penthouse apartments were overbooked but we were offered a partly refurbished penthouse suite with a complimentary bottle of wine and breakfast for two at Aromas as compensation - more than adequate as far a we were concerned.   I booked at the last minute and didn't appreciate that we were staying at a Bed and Breakfast. However, the facility was lovely. The property is a private house with 3 ensuited and separate rooms downstairs with the owners area upstairs. The house has an amazing outdoor area with heated pool, as well as a bar and BBQ areas.
