the care and consideration given to us upon leaving as there was a power outage and everyone was eager to assist us as i had my elderly mother and motherinlaw with my wife and myself and we were on the top floor thankyou. -

My partner and I had a studio unit on the second floor.
It was compact, clean and self contained.
All appliances were in good order and worked.
The bed was very comfortable with excellent bedding/pillows.
The resort facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the pool, spa, gym and roof top bbq.

Our second visit to Landmark-this time for a family gathering and a two
bed apartment. We booked and were given two adjacent apartments on the
7th floor Very well appointed and fantastic view, excellent location.
Extremely comfortable bed too. Pleased that we were able to park two
cars and also leave our cars at the resort on the morning of departure.
We will be back.

A very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment, front on level 5 with sea views.
The property is located in the quiet area of Mooloolaba. It has
everything on hand eg., Beaches, walking paths, restaurants and
supermarket. It has a secured car park in the basement with a service
lift travelling to all residential floors. The premises also have a

It was a brief stay but what we saw of the complex was that it is clean and tidy. The pool temp was a little cold so could have done with a little heating and we only had one towel between the both of us. We didn't complain because only stayed over night and found out it was missing when getting ready for bed. Everything else was great.

Location was good enough, not directly on the beach but close to

Greta position! The apartments are well situated just back from the water with nice water views from most apartments without the glare of early morning sunshine on water. the decor was lovely. The position was awesome. The price was very doable. We only live in Caloundra but we chose to stay at Raffles for my daughters 18th. Very relaxing....I loved it totally and it has a fantastic view. Thank you Bob for an awesome weekend

I gave my parents 5 days stay with Sandcastles as a xmas gift. They both had to postpone their stay due to health issues but the staff were very understanding, re-booking was not an issue and my parents commented on how nice the staff were during their stay!

The apartment was spotlessly clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were modern and spacious, and the view out to the sanctuary was lovely. It was also recently renovated.
The couple managing our stay (Peter and Suzanne) were wonderfully friendly and very accommodating.

The location was fabulous - right on the beach path, on the boardwalk, away from the buzz of town but close enough to walk. -
We are repeat visitors and we love the beachfront location and the informal way in which the Beachcomber is run. The pool is convenient and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The facilities are generally very functional.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with beach/ocean views.
As we are an older couple is was great to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The convenience of the restaurants and shopping just below the resort was a bonus. The kitchen was at the front of the apartment, great idea.The pool and spa great, no problems. -

Great location at a very reasonable cost in whaat I think was the low season. Spacious, very comfortable bed, all facilities that are required and reasonably quiet, especially so after about 10.00pm. Would cetainly be happy to return. -
