I have already sent a message to the property but I will also express my thanks here We had to cut our stay short by one night due to my brother dying and the property very kindly agreed to refund the last nights fee which we were very grateful for I will be recommending them to all our friends and will be staying there again ourselves

It's was close to all, the unit was quiet and in a good location, the unit had all we needed. Staff were friendly. The gym was A one and the pool was great to unwind after all the walking. I have recommended this shortstay to F & R had a wonderful time, oh and you had food works and bottleshop right next door also very handy.

Perfect location to access the city for shopping, entertainment ,
sightseeing etc. Circle tram is great as it takes you close to nearly
any point of the cbd that you need/want to visit. Harbour town for
shopping and food, as well as the restaurants. Late check in was easy
with the pin number drop box for our keys. Staff were great. -

... ce que les gens disent » t was large , roomy and had a fantastic outlook and position. Close to Harbour Town and DFO shopping . Very close to trams and great eating places. Will definitely stay here again, been staying in melb for many years and this has been the best accomodation !!!

The luxurious experience of being in the Nolan apartment, 21 st floor in the sub penthouse with an amazing 180 degree view of the city and the docklands area was the highlight of this trip. The view from the apartment was something else! Loved that we were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment without even having to ask. The pool and gym facilities are great. Very convenient location as restaurants and shopping are all at your fingertips. The free City Tram and the visitors shuttle are just a short walk away. A few days here and you wouldn't want to go back home!!

Will be staying here again, fantastic location. We went to the football at Etihad Stadium on the Sunday and it was not even a 5 minute walk great when you have young children. Easy access to city centre with tram stop right outside apartment. We parked the car at the apartment Saturday and didn't need to use it the whole time we were there. Fa

Everything was really great. The apartment was beautiful, lovely furniture and equipment and the most comfortable bed. The view was the best, the area very quiet, clean and peaceful. Lovely restaurants, fantastic coffees and a great 'pub' just a few metres away on the pier. The private taxi company recommended to us by ACD were fantastic, definitely use their services again.
We would recommend ACD Apartments for a hassle free stay in Melbourne.

It is the second time that I have stayed at ALT and it won't be that last. We had primary schooled aged kids and there is a community play ground across the road which was neat. Tram stop not far away as is a metro station. The apartments are new and modern though ours was so new the drier was still to be enstalled :)

Unbelievable value for money. Cannot believe we got such a great view of the Melbourne skyline with the amount charged. The sunsets and sunrises from such a height were mesmerizing. Everything was neat and clean, parking was a plus. Overall bloody awesome. I have already recommended to a few friends and family.

Loved the layout of the apartments and the added touches e.g. coffee plunger, decaf coffee sachets, dishwasher etc. Ben, who brought us the keys, gave us some very useful information about tram locations and local restaurants and sights. This was our first visit but it definitely wont be our last. -

Stayed at the Docklands Quest while in Melbourne to watch the AFL at Eitihad stadium, which is right next door. So location was fantastic, rooms were very modern & comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
