Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. -

The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book. Everyone, from the people on the desk to the cleaning staff to the people in the restaurant at breakfast time were polite, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome without being 'in your face'. We loved Mantra on Russell. From the moment we checked in, the experience was great. Particular mention must be made of Mr Aaron Light at the front desk. He was very professional and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and the housekeeping personnel were very good and efficient. We have stayed in several apartments in Melbourne during our previous trips there but this is by far the best! Will definitely stay there again!

We loved it, kids had a great time. We had 2 inter-connecting rooms that were great. Public spaces were excellent lots of room for the kids to run around when they felt the need. The Merchant restaurant located in the building is fabulous a real gem.

I found the room to be at an excellent standard, and the staff, including the front desk, room service and ground floor staff, to be friendly and approachable. The breakfast and room service food was excellent and of a high quality. I also found the amenties within the room fantastic, especially the wonderful king size bed. This was my second stay and I will continue to stay there for any future visits.

The staff were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for you. The
room was spacious and very well appointed. They location would be
great if you had plans at one of the sporting venues and although you
were 2 blocks from the North/South tram routes, there were
East/West trams running one street either side of the hotel.

Amazing staff, especially concierge who always greeted us warmly and helped us with our twins. Very accommodating and sympathetic to our needs for our 6 month old babies. Well furnished rooms/suites for amazing value. Best location - just around the corner from flinders lane where lots of good restaurants / cafes located. One of the best experiences I've had at a hotel - particularly for the price we paid!

This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town.

The Executive one bedroom apartment was great - 709. Spacious with a decent kitchen. The bathroom was very large - very suitable for someone with a disability. There bed was comfortable. the apartment was clean and tidy. The room looked at the Art Centre spire which looked great lit up at night. -

This was our second stay at the Grand Hotel Melbourne and we were warmly greeted upon arrival. The staff are always very friendly and eager to help were possible. All the rooms are very spacious and clean with the most amazingly comfortable beds. We were also touched that the staff had given us a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival! -
