The hospitality and friendliness of management. They were available and met our every need. They responded to our requests promptly.
Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment.
Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there.
The apartment was very modern and spacious.

Check in was very smooth and the information provided was excellent. I contacted the manager to arrange a slightly later checkout as we were meeting friends for lunch. He checked and as there were no new bookings for that night we were able to leave our belongings and collect them after our lunch which was most generous and helpful -

... ce que les gens disent » hts in a 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent location in the heart of Melbourne City. Comfortable and they even gave a free mid stay linen change which included the bed linen. Check in and check out very easy. Convenient to supermarkets for grocery shopping and it was good to have a kitchen which included a dishwasher.

Stayed for a 3 night short break location was superb just a short walk to just about everything , apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could need. Staff were really good especially the reception , had a number of occasions I went to the desk for help or advice on things and all the staff I encountered were brilliant. Would h

Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

The location just off Chapel Street was fantastic. Walking distance to trams, South Yarra station and the food/shopping on Chapel Street.
FOC parking when most other locations in South Yarra do not offer plentiful FOC parking.

This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were very clean and the Reception at the front desk was more than hospitable, very accomodating!
I think the place might be haunted! So does 4 other guest that stayed with us. All having strange dreams that turned gory and feelings of being watched! It was weird! But a gorgeous place!! -

The luxurious experience of being in the Nolan apartment, 21 st floor in the sub penthouse with an amazing 180 degree view of the city and the docklands area was the highlight of this trip. The view from the apartment was something else! Loved that we were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment without even having to ask. The pool and gym facilities are great. Very convenient location as restaurants and shopping are all at your fingertips. The free City Tram and the visitors shuttle are just a short walk away. A few days here and you wouldn't want to go back home!!

Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished.
This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town.

We loved the bed. It was so comfortable, the best bed we have ever slept in.
The staff were very helpful and polite.

Comfy 1 bedroom apartments. Great to have large bed with 2 mattresses joined so that one does not interrupt others sleep. Lounge spacious. Pool/gym was adequate. Great breakfast deal. Wonder staff at breakfast. Staff helpful at front desk.
