Small and compact room with everything we needed. Ideal location near airport and easy tram access to city. Value for money.

Well located, walking distance to shops and hotels. Basic room that was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy and off street car parking included.

Location was ideal for our purposes. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. I should not comment on the facilities as both 1 night stays were just that and little time was spent there.

No teaspooons in Unit # 15. A bit annoying!

Had everything we needed and the room was neat and clean. Overall I was very satisfied and would stay again in the future.

The hot water system only lasting about 20 minutes in the shower! I guess I'm too used to modern day "everlasting" hot water systems. This was the only thing I didn't like, apart from that I really enjoyed my stay, nothing else to complain about.

This hotel was very comfortable and clean, good value for money we paid. As we were not there to spend time in the room just to have rest and sleep. Easy for the bus and the train. We went to the factory outlets, and into the centre of Melbourne With ease. Recommend for anyone that needs a stop over.

The staff were tops and the breakfast was enormous and very tasty. It was also very convenient to both the tram stop and railway station to get into the city.

The location was good with a tram stop right out the front, we will stay there again, in a different room

The rude person in apartment 13,who complained about our kids running up and down the stairs all night making noise, that was a bit difficult as we were out from 4pm til 1am, i think because he is a permanent resident he complains about everyone, he spoilt our whole stay

The proximity to trains, trams, delis and cafes. The beds were comfortable

The family room allocated was a bit small for the kids. Ideally two small children ( 3 and 10 months) need a little bit of space to play with toys while parents are getting organised in the morning/night with showers etc. No space to eat a meal in the room with kids!

I liked the comfort of your hotel thr room was set out perfectly. We were very comftable. Amazing that the hotel was straight over the road from the tram stop and a 5 minute walk from train station. Thank you!

The staff were helpful and approachable. There are plenty of good eating places nearby when the restaurant is closed. Very good value for a comfortable, if smallish, room a comfortable bed and good bathroom. Curtain blackout was also excellent. Quiet despite being on a busy road.
