The staff were fantastic. I forgot my cuff links for a wedding, staff member Jessica was a life saver! She was more than helpfully in getting anything you can ask for. She knows her stuff and if she doesn't, she come back to you asap.

We got married here on the 22/11/2013. The venue was amazing. The staff where amazing, The food was amazing, The grounds are amazing..... Everything was just perfect. Thanks to everyone at the hotel who helped make our day so special.

... ce que les gens disent » tanding and well maintained. It is the thing we will remember most about our stay. I hasten to add that all the staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. One in particular that stands out was "Suzie" at the "coffee bar" downstairs.

Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. The girls were so nice and helpful. It was my fiancees birthday. We are so busy with work and live apart from each other we definately hope to do it again

I liked the fact that you noticed it was my birthday on my comments when
booking my stay. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one
bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband
wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check-
in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I
looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very
good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

I stayed there with my adult daughter. We were welcomed immediately we
arrived by wonderful staff who were very friendly, informative and
helpful. We wondered what we would get because of the budget price but
were very pleasantly surprised. The unit was very clean, the pool was

The Island Beach Resort was very handy to shops, restaurants and the beach. We found the one bedroom apartment clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our week on the Gold Coast. -
My wife and I stayed for 6 night and have nothing but praise, for the Island Beach Resort..

It was nice to have a private balcony with a view, the room had a refrigerator / tea & coffee making facilities / easy to use air-con / hair dryer/ ironing facilities, it has a pool / spa / nice and tidy outdoor setting / restaurant, staff friendly and very helpful and accommodated us with an extra bed at no extra cost, it is close to bus st

So close to the beach and across the road to coles/ takeaway outlets
and bottleshop. Centre of Burleigh heads was about a 30/40 min walk
away but it was nice to walk along the beach. Room was lovely and clean
nice comfy bed sea view. Heated swimming pool and hot tub. Excellent
value for money, would stay here again

We loved the proximity of the hotel to shopping centres and having a bus stop at the front door was an added bonus. The resort owners were friendly and approachable, taking the time to ask how everything was going. -

Overall it was a great experience would stay again and would recommend it . The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is like a estate on its own and very private we really enjoyed our stay. -
We thought we had booked an apartment but this was a superb bungalow type property, very spacious and well appointed. Lovely quiet secure accommodation.

Great friendly service by ALL staff. Very welcoming and approachable. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were very clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend to others and will stay there again.
