We asked if we could have an early check-in due to a time we had to be at engagement and that was not any trouble. The room was clean as well as the shower etc...and we like the fresh milk for tea/coffee plus there is always plenty of teabags and coffee for that extra cuppa. Extremely welcoming service on arrival, terrific followup after online booking with a friendly phone call. I was pleasantly surprised by how neat and clean the place was - it was extremely comfortable and spacious. much better than many bigger hotels I have stayed in! Terrific parking.

Extremeley friendly staff at reception. Always helpful and pleasant. Can't praise them highly enough.
Location is amazing. Beach across the road, shops a few minutes walk. Excellent restaurants also a few minutes walk.
Apartment very clean, speactacular views across the beach and park opposite.
Nicely appointed.

Best value for money in the area of the gold coast.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Rooms were clean, big, great views of the sea and river. They had everything you needed in there!
Pool and spa was nice and relaxing.
Great location, 5 mins to the beach & 10 mins to the centre of surfers paradise. Bus stop behind the building to the theme parks, shopping centres or other beaches.
Would recommend to anyone to stay there.

I was allocated a high floor unit with very beautiful view of the Gold Coast. The unit is well equipped and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and help full. There is a free car park lot assign to us. -

We found Bombora Resort nice and peaceful with a great view over the park. Not to mention close to at least 3 supermarkets & many bars / cafés / restaurants. Easy & close links to motorway with airport not far though not heard. Not brand new or five star but brilliant value for money. Count on us to stay again as its great place to rest ye

Good location for most places in Coolangatta but also a quiet spot with a nice outlook over the park. While it is an older property, it is comfortably furnished and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is value for money. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We loved the location and the spaciousness of the penthouse perfect for my birthday party. Jayne Rob and Meg couldn't do enough and the little touches were some of the things that made our stay even better. I will be back and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.
