The hotel staff was excellent, friendlyand very professional; all my bookings were done by the reception saving my time and stress free for me; the hotel is very clean including the swimming pool.

Excellent in every respect except the one mentioned under "what you
did not like". The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped,
even with its own (small) washer and dryer. These apartment's are in
downtown Cairs, so you have to be prepared for a certain amount of city
noise, especially from restaurants in the evening - but given the

Nic location. Opposite to myer and central station. Around 10 minutes walk to ferry place. The apartment is clean and well organized. The staff is polite and helpful especially Alan very nice guy. It's a pleasant stay and I will stay again for next time.

Location! A diver's Dream as the apartments are located in the same building as the Reef Tours Terminal. It is also very conveniently located to the rest of Cairns and on the Boardwalk with a great variety of restaurants and bars. -

facilities, nice pool (a lot of hotels in Cairns are very dated from the
1980s tourist boom I think). There was a mix-up when we were checking in
and we were quoted a much higher price than we booked, but for a
Harbourview room. We ended up getting a Harbour view room anyway but

Great location. Right beside the marina and very close to the city. Lots
of choices of nice restaurants just downstairs. Staff are extremely
helpful. Helped us with all the bookings of shuttle bus and site visits.
The studio hotel apartment was great value of money. The ocean view from
the balcony was fantastic. Can't wait to come back to Harbour Lights
for our next Cairns holiday!

It was our first visit to High Chaparral, but hopefully not the last.The room was very clean and comfortable. Enough packing space. Bed was very comfortable.Kitchen area very adequate.
Good outdoor BBQ area. Location great - near the Esplanade, shops and airport. Good price for the facilities as a lot of budget accommodation have shared bathrooms.

We stayed in Coral Tower from the 27th of November till the 2nd of December, 2013. On the arrival we were met by a friendly receptionist. Fabulous location! We enjoyed a 20 min walk to Muddy's playground. A wonderful playground for kids and nice cafe stop for Mum and Dad! It was a very pleasant 30 min stroll into the centre of Cairns. we had a warm welcome from Sandy and an unexpected upgrade. You won't regret booking to stay here. The apartment was clean, well equipped, very relaxing with a stunning view of the Esplanade. It is a wonderful choice if traveling with young children.

Really friendly reception staff, nice comfortable room with nice balcony, good bed and overall a good place to stay. Excellent location on the esplanade and ideal for a walk. Nearby enough to bars/restaurants but far enough away that you don't get the noise.

The reception staff/owners were so incredibly polite and helpful and the hotel had a really homely feel as soon as you stepped inside with a lovely smell and free cakes to pick up at times.
The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony and the bathroom was a very good size with a shower which is easily the best I've ever used at any hotel!

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome. Got to my room and was very pleased, clean and very luxurious for the price I paid. Had my own balcony overlooking the sea. Had my tours and taxis organised by the hotel.
