  Loved Cherry the owner and her husband; loved the room, the food and the location. We had a wonderful stay and they made us feel so welcome. You could not meet warmer, friendlier people. You feel like you have escaped the city and yet we were not far from home.   I found my experience with the Astoria to be very friendly and welcoming. I was greeted by Natalie and Michael when I arrived. Amazing spa/bedroom and very clean. Continental breakfast with great home made bread etc . Natalie was really lovely and a great host. - Staff were great and abliging , Nice and quiet

  If you are staying in Perth and want an authentic B&B experience then look no further than the Arcadian. Jeffrey and Jenny are perfect hosts in their suburban Perth home. Parking is free and safe on the driveway and the train station to take you to downtown Perth is a are a 3 min walk away. Rooms are spacious, well furnished and comfortable.
