My wife and I loved the relaxed atmosphere of the whole village and the access of the dining facilities and the beach. We loved the friendly manner of the staff and the way the whole village was looked after. We felt safe and secure unlike a night out in Byron were you are always on the alert. -

Enjoyed the proximity to the sea and the spaciousness and the cleanliness of studio apartment 306. A well-thought out kitchen area, a walk-in shower and the Occitane toiletries were all very much appreciated. -

Large rooms and bath rooms some guests obviously mistreat the rooms. Good buffet breakfast on ground floor however the revolving restaurant breakfast is not as good. The seafood buffet not as good as Watermark hotel and is more expensive. Would stay again however will not eat in the revolving restaurant ground floor restaurant restaurant much better

Excellent room with kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea! We were on the 13th floor so had amazing views of the coast! Very clean and comfortable and a great price for the room / location! A 15 / 20 minute walk to surfers paradise where all the bars / restaurants / amusement arcades / shops are, and the same in the other direction to pacific

All of it, the views, the rooms were spacious and inviting. The area it is in is fabulously close to everything, We literally parked for the whole week. I feel mean only marking the staff GOOD but I literally did not need them or see them other than entering and leaving the resort. They were friendly without being intrusive. Just lovely.

We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome.

I am very impressed with the staff. All were extremely professional and friendly. To give credit, the reception staff Tamara, she was very helpful and proffesional. The concierge, Luke very interesting person and now the area very well. He was extremely helpful in making our 4 days program, that we enjoyed to the max.
The rooms were very design full and everything in order. The executive room view was direct to the beach side.

Attention to detail in this hotel was incredible, even down to the gorgeous note paper in the rooms. The staff were articulate, beautifully groomed and nothing was any trouble. ... ce que les gens disent » tanding and well maintained. It is the thing we will remember most about our stay. I hasten to add that all the staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. One in particular that stands out was "Suzie" at the "coffee bar" downstairs.
