Arrived late and left very early but this motel met all my needs perfectly - comfortable bed, quiet location, free shuttle bus to airport that arrived on time, and cheaper than many of the others. Would stay again to catch an early morning flight. -

Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. -

Le personnel est toujours prêt à aider (adaptateur de prise, parapluie,
etc.). Tout en étant assez prêt de l'aéroport, l'hôtel n'est
aussi qu'à 5mn à pied de l'embarcadère croisière et surtout à
environ 8 mn à pied de l'embarcadère pour les nombreux Catcity
(catamarans rapides) qui font la navette jusqu'au centre ville en
35-40 mn d'une croisière

It was handy to the cruise ship terminal which was what we required. They provided a free shuttle service to the terminal which, although the distance was walkable, it was appreciated. It was very clean and comfortable though the traffic noise was constant through the night as it is near a busy intersection. Staff were very friendly. It was handy to eateries and an IGA store which provided what we required. -
Reception was friendly and efficient and hand you a little carton of cold UHT milk which is nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Even though the motel is on the main road it is not overly noisy. Plenty of undercover parking. Motel within walking distance to the shops and cafes on Racecourse Road, and the Port.

Have stayed in this hotel on several occasions, service always consistently good and whilst it's not claiming to be the Grand Hyatt, for me this accommodation is fine and the location suits my business and is also very close to the Port as well as Airport. -

Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel

I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

We had a fabulous stay and cannot fault the accommodation and
facilities. A couple of things that were a stand out was the standard of
our room - modern, comfy and clean and the location - pretty much
walking distance to everything. Southbank is just amazing! -

Room looked basic from decor perspective but had facilities over &
above what I expected (tea & coffee, mini fridge, iron & board).
Everything worked & room v v clean. Asked for "high &
quiet" room which I got. Arrived an hour early & was offered
alternative room as opposed to original room booked which wasn't
quite ready.

Amazing for the price. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is a gem. Cheap and right in the heart of the city. The room was small but perfect for a single. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. -
I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.

Our stay was enjoyable. The staff in all areas of the Hotel were very obliging and helpful. We were both impressed with the level of service we received, this made us feel welcome. And would not consider staying anywhere else next time we return to Brisbane -

location close to South Brisbane rail station with direct line to
airport. 10 minute walk to centre of Brisbane and 5 min walk from
southbank and cultural centre where there are numerous great
restaurants. 15 minute easy walk to Suncorp stadium. Friendly helpful
staff. Breakfast at the recommended street cafe was vast and best
value I had in whole 3 week trip. Although this isn't in centre
of Brisbane it is ideally located.

There are excellent self catering facilities in the appartment and only a short walk for local food and essential shopping amenities. Eating out is also an option for a good, albeit small number of eateries. Establishment just the other side of the street has a selection of breakfast choices to start the day before visiting the city Southbank. Taxi into the city is up to $20.
