Always enjoy an ensuite, and having access to a convenience machine for after hours service was fantastic, the gentleman Greg Moore was fantastic in his mannerism and conduct in organising our stay both over the phone before the stay and whilst we were at the accommodation -

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location, straight across the road from Glenelg beach. The road in front of the apartment is pedestrians only - no traffic other than cycles so very peaceful.The complex has some very interesting nautical items outside which gives the place plenty of character. The apartment was ideal, perfect for us, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The position of the apartment was superb, right on the seafront with no traffic near. So safe and the town of Glenelg easily accessible. Out door facilities were very user friendly and helped make our stay excellent!

From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

Genelg Gateway Apartments, are in excellent location .Constructed, just a walking distance from the main market, the apartments get a decent client age so it is very peaceful after a hard days work! The place is clean and well maintained, well connected by public transportation,and safe parking for private vehicles. -

The staff were friendly and easily contactable. I was a bit perturbed about being met in the street as the apartment I was in was not administered by the reception or management of the building, but this did not prove to be any issue at all in the end. The location was fantastic. A short walk to all that I needed to do. The highlight was the service from the owners. The price is the same as a hotel room but you have the luxury of a beautiful big apartment with a spa and wonderfully appointed kitchen. I will stay again.

Overall an excellent place to stay with very friendly helpful staff.
The apartment had great facilities for a medium term stay - good kitchen, excellent washing machine and drier.
Free wi-fi internet and very cheap printing was a real bonus.
Plus, lovely comfortable grounds and a great location for cafes and restaurants.
Also, convenient for the CBD.
