  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.   The location, even though a bit distant from downtown, was great in that Capital Hill has some great restaurants and everything else you as visitor might need---drugstores, banks, grocery store, coffee shops (of course!) Getting downtown was easy with shuttle service provided by hotel, and the drivers were knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of hot water for the shower! Very easy to get to points in Metro Seattle. Breakfast in the room very good an inexpensive. Grocery shopping one block away, lots of small restaurants nearby, also.

  It's wonderful experience! My wife and daughter enjoyed their stay and become friends with the staff. They also provide very useful sugguestions to tourism visitor like us. My wife found her necklace lost when we got back Vancouver. The surprise is, the staff found it in the room and will send it to us! They are awesome! We got there a little early ( a little after 2) and they were very accommodating about checking us in early.
