It's wonderful experience! My wife and daughter enjoyed their stay and become friends with the staff. They also provide very useful sugguestions to tourism visitor like us. My wife found her necklace lost when we got back Vancouver. The surprise is, the staff found it in the room and will send it to us! They are awesome! Taking into consideration the room rates, this hotel is far beyond our expectations!.

The rooms are very comfortable and my daughter and I enjoyed a fun spa night in my room with yummy room service! Great Stay and I'll be back. Room was great, staff was polite and friendly especially in the restaurant and room service the best I have ever experienced. It was a very nice hotel, up to date and clean. Also fairly comfortable beds. Decent bar and grill. Staff was great. Worth the money. Pool was warm. Rooms were just as pictured on their web page. Handicap room, breakfast, The friendly and very willing staff. Convenience to tourist attractions. location 7 & facility. Location. Good Facilities within the hotel and good tasting food. Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Having to pay $20 per day for parking and it is not like there is any other choice .. I think it would be far more appropriate to raise the rates and include the parking. I was on a daily allowance and was not aware of the parking charge when I made my reservation.. At first I thought the people staying at the hotel were a little snobby, looked down their noses at me especially because I have tattoos. After spending a little time at the bar and grill though I noticed most of the people who stay here are just your average hard workers looking for a nice place to stay. There were some snobby older people there, but still overall a great place to stay and I would stay again. Wished we would have had a lake view. No coffee in lobby, low seating In lobby that was hard to get out of. Rather ordinary looking Lobby. Construction around area. parking fee. Room is too small for its price. We booked a city view room and got a view of a building instead, when we complained we were offered an upgraded room at a charge. Over priced parking facility considering you are away from the city centr itself. Double beds too small!! Old bathrooms, single sink. Picture online made it appear that the property was on the lake, not across a highway. They sell rooms as "citiview". The view is on oposite wall of another building approx. 100 feet. No claims. Don't buy "citiview" room!!! The surroundings are not like on the pictures provided by tha hotel.
