  The staff was very friendly and SO helpful.From check in to check out ,staff was always very professional. Loved the pool music on the weekend - Very nice hotel for the price--especially the concierge level.

  The hotel was above than our expectations, is very beatiful, clean, and the staff in all the areas are very friendly, helpfull and efficient. We stay just one night, we were in transit, but we love the hotel and the few places we saw in San Juan, we definetly will be back for vacations.   The front dest staff is friendly and helpful. The location is one block off the beach and is in close proximity to a number of local restaurants and MacDonald'S. The street in front of the hotel, McReary, has a bus 53 that goes to Old San Juan or a taxi for $18. The hotel has a sister location one block away, Acacia, that might appeal to the more trendy. - Only a block from the beach, the location is excellent. It is very clean and picturesque. A spoiled rotten pet cat who greeted all guests completed the "home away from home" treatment. The swimming pool is beautiful, and the staff could not be friendlier. The room was very comfortable and clean. I had local friends who visited me tell me that the site is lovely! Most definitely will return...

  This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked having the pool right outside my door and being able to relax in it 24/7. The beach is also very close and seemed more private than the other area beaches. The Niche (hotel's restaurant) was also very nice and Donna that works in the restaurant was very friendly and - I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant. The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there longer. I recommend it.
