  I love the staff. We were greeted with fabulous coffee. The room was very authentic PR. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful. The location was superb. Right in the heart of everything and a 5 minute walk from downtown Old San Juan. My most favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast.   This is an awesome little gem if you are looking to stay in the ritzy part of San Juan (Condado Beach). We arrived almost midnight, but the front desk left us keys to get into the house and the room in a specified area. The keys came with a note with instructions and contact information if we needed help, just make sure you call a day or 2 before ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » you arrive to make arraingements. What my husband and I look for in a place are clean sheets, good a/c, and working toilet; which it had all 3! We sta - Launchy was Very accommodating, had ac prepped for us on arrival. Did not need it the second day. (After acclimating to temperature) had private door to balcony and had the ocean air breeze. Coming in. The Balcony overlooked the sea. And could sit there all day or night long. Or sleep right on balcony. Smooth Jazz Music could be heard from the restaurant near by, but ocean waves were louder. Launchy recommended nearby places. When asked. We borrowed a handbook from the library on the island act
