  I love the staff. We were greeted with fabulous coffee. The room was very authentic PR. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful. The location was superb. Right in the heart of everything and a 5 minute walk from downtown Old San Juan. My most favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast.
