Also, we didn't notice until 2 hours after we checked out that my daughter had left her coat in the the room.We were already on the highway and I gave them a call. Twenty minutes later we came back and the front desk had her coat in hand waiting for us. The staff was very helpful even when letsbookhotel.com messed up our reservations, they found us a room and we were able to stay in the same room for the entire time.
