The staff was very helpful even when letsbookhotel.com messed up our reservations, they found us a room and we were able to stay in the same room for the entire time.   What intrigued me was the fact that this hotel was brand new. It was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. I had a personal issue with the credit card I used to hold the room and the staff and Bookings.com were quick to resolve the issue. This hotel is literally right across the street from Foxwoods and minutes from Mohegan Sun. - I liked the room, the tv channels, the price, the bar/lounge area, the pool/hot tub, the gym, the restaurant, the free shuttle buses, and the professional staff. I also like the fact that the owners of the hotel came up to me to see how my stay was going and if I needed anything. All in all, I had an excellent stay. The location, being so close to foxwoods, has got to be the very best thing about my stay.

  I was pleasantly surprised with the overall appearance and cleanliness of the room and pool. I was nervous about the stay bc of the bad reviews. In my opinion they were totally off base. The staff was courteous and helpful. They made sure we had a pet free/smoke free room due to allergies.
