  The staff is so welcoming and accomodating - honestly - treated everyone the same. We felt like we belonged there - even though we just came down for the night from Denver (to get out of Denver!) on a deal. I was expecting to pay $50 or so for it, but it was on the house. Pleasantly suprised! Such nice people. - I have never been more pleasantly surprised by a hotel Experience in my life. We were treated like royalty from the minute we checked in. The staff could not have been more helpful and solicitous. The food was excellent the shopping fun and the added treat of the on site movie theatre just made for a truly remarkable stay. Thanks

  The room and the bathroom was spacious and beautiful. You could open the windows to get fresh air and the mountain aroma. The shower pressure was nice and strong. The free breakfast had as large and had so many delicious - I had a hard time choosing what to pick.   We were staying in Telluride for the bluegrass festival. A bluegrass band was playing in the hotel foyer every morning and early evening which set the atmosphere well. The hotel was about 20 minutes' walk from the festival grounds in a quiet location, but close to all the shops/bars.   This was our second visit. It felt like we wee coming home. I loved the decor of the rooms so much I have used as the inspiration for my new home in Colorado. It is very luxurious without being stuffy. The staff is amazing. We especially love the complimentary happy hour.
