  The staff was accommodating, informative, and friendly. The location was absolutely phenomenal for the price--walking distance to L and bus stops. Walking distance from the heart of downtown Chicago. The restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious and the service was fantastic. Great coffee! But somehow they exceeded my expectations! So friendly and helpful, they really made us feel like they were to make our stay as pleasant as possible...a claim made by all hotels and motels, but a promise not always kept. Keep it up! - The hotel is a little gem. It was very clean, nicely decorated, very friendly helpful staff, great location with a lot nearby especially restaurants. The beds and bedding were really comfortable, loved the soft ribbed blankets and we didn't hear people talking through the walls. The Chicago magazine was really helpful and Pizza Ora was a great find.

  I stayed out running around the city all day so I didn't need a fancy hotel to accommodate me. All I needed was a bed and a shower, both of which were clean and provided to me at a great cost by the hostel. It's located in a great location (about 10 min walk from Willis Tower and 3 min walk from a CTA blue line station). The room was clean and tidy, bathrooms clean and showers HOT.
