  From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful, friendly atmosphere. The hotel was nice, walking distance to Soldier Feild. I compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

  Room was super. Beds were so comfortable that I have never slept better in my life and the bathroom was equally superb with 2 huge washbasins. In most places nowadays you only get a shallow worthless basin but not in the Blackstone.   Friendly staff. They are one of the few hotels that allows guests to book at age 18. As long as you are respectful and mature they will treat you very well. It is a very nice place so they probably wouldn't appreciate teenagers there making all sorts of noise. I was very pleased with the treatment I received from the staff. Wyndham Blake hotel staff and facilities were outstanding for the affordable prices they have. Very helpful concierge and clean rooms with fairly comfortable beds.   The location to downtown Chicago, for a fraction of the cost of other hotels, is what interested me the most about the Chinatown Hotel. Tons of restaurants in the area, and the front desk clerk even recommended a couple favorites.
