  Great location in the heart of back bay, a ten minute walk for us to Fenway park for a Red Sox game, less than 5mins to Newbury st for shopping, breakfast in the hotel was fantastic, great relaxing hotel with a lovely gym and pool! However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern! Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common

  The staff was excellent from beginning to the end of our stay. The rooms were extremely clean! Bed very comfortable. I asked the cleaning person to leave me more coffee for the room and left some money for her to take. I had more coffee and she left the money! I did leave it when we left! Close to great shopping! Close to Fenway. Near excellent dining. The Bell Hops were very nice!

  Loved the Inn itself. The design and decor were beautiful. My husband and I got the One Bedroom Suite and it was so spacious with a fully stocked kitchen (yes, you can cook an enitre meal), comfortable bed as well as furnishings. Staff was extremely gracious and helpful. Was much better than staying at a main stream hotel, and - Large, good looking and comfortable room with a very good bed and convenient kitchen equipment. The small breakfast room remains accessible at all time in the day enabling us to grab a tea or a coffee whenever we felt like having one.

  Location was great! Its a very historical building and its been updated. On the first night, there was banging like someone was using a hammer at 9pm and I called the front desk and it stopped!
