This was the most beautiful Hotel. The service was above excellent. The staff were so friendly and catered to your every need and the breakfast is out of this world. The staff at Comfort Inn & Suites was incredible helpful, and the friendliest hotel staff I've experienced in any city in quite some time. We got help right away with options of parking, as well as suggestions for dinner. Great experience and value for the one night we stayed in NOLA-when we return I will definitely have Comfort Inn & Suites at the top of our list!

Location was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast.
As part of a package that was purchased online we went on a 4 day cruise
and had 2 nights at the Hyatt Regency. The nights at Cotton Exchange
were an add on that we purchased on our own. We preferred the Cotton
Exchange by far. We wouldn't hesitate to come again and recommend it
to our friends. Not so of the Hyatt. We would never go there again. Your
staff is really excellent!

The location was great,as I was attending the WW II conference at the museum and the Hyatt R. hotel. The staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. The meals I had at the restaurant were tasty

A bit too much "work" going on in lobby and out front
throughout the stay - I know such must occur, but perhaps some small
discount/accomodation is in order for those who endure it. Still not
too big a deal for me, but something to think about. Also disappointed
as a gold member that letsbookhotel.com had a cheaper rate than through the
Hilton Honors website - did not understand that

Excellent front desk staff member Jason really made my stay a good one.
The special touch of a collection of my favourite snacks for my second
stay there value-added to the whole experience. The location was
excellent and safe for getting to and from the french quarters and the
convention centre. The cafe red gravy down the road was a fantastic
place for breakfast each morning!
