  The room was small but very clean. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom had extra towels which was quite nice. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. Subways are around the corner.   The hotel and the room were impeccably clean. It is a completely non-smoking hotel, and this really does make a difference. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, I would say, above and beyond expectation. The beds were comfortable. The room was a decent size (especially for Manhattan). We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.
