  Perfect place to visit nyc and sleep after an exhausting day. The room was small and the mattress quite hard but we slept like babies. It was cleaned and the towels in the ensuite bathroom changed everyday. Staff couldn't be more helpful and nice. For the excellent price we also got breakfast consisting of coffee/tea and a lovely croissant/omelett... mitä ihmiset sanovat » e, ham and cheese sandwich. - Besides the extremely helpful staff, I loved the wallpaper in the halls. I also loved the view and being in the "thick of things" - close to subway, easy walks to Little Italy, the Bowery, Financial districts. I also liked being able to practice Mandarin chinese!   - Amazing location especially during the Gennaro festival in Little Italy. You can easily access any location of New York from there. The subway is really close. - The area is full of restaurants, shops, etc. - Great price/quality. - We received the Duplex instead of the regular apartment we rented. That was a great surprise. Furniture are - The apartment was spacious and great views from all rooms. The beds were comfortable as was the pull out couch. The lift opened inside the apartment - which was great, however when the key panel was broken it took some convincing for the staff to understand that we could get out but not back into the apartment. However it was fixed that day. The location was fabulous and so nice to be 'a part' of NYC with many restaurants and cafes around
