This is excellent student accommodation, suitable for the individual since rooms cater for one, but would be ideal for a group since flats have more rooms. Tea/coffee facilities in bedroom. Beautiful surroundings, close to University of Sheffield, excellent bus connections. Good facilities within the complex too, nice coffee shop/restaurant facilities and staff super helpful. Really well done and a good use of new excellent student facilities that would otherwise stand empty. Accomodation was very clean with an excellent value for money taxi service into city centre. Will use this again in the future and have told my friends about it.

Very cheap & good location, Free parking!!!!. Re question 1 above - none of the options were appropriate, so I put in solo traveller...I am a mature person and stayed at Sheffield uni with my brother. Great value for money especially with toiletries, tea and coffee tray included and access to kitchen facilities. Ability to check out from 5am. Brilliant that I got towels and toiletries (and an en-suite!) for the low price as well as free parking. Nice comfortable bed, big desk for work, very clean in a nice residential area, polite staff. Place is quite and cosy. Parking is free. Good for solo traveller or son and mother...etc.... Friendly staff. Somehow I ended up losing my room keys and they were very understanding. Excellent location and use of campus facilities. Comunal area to relax with friends. Friendly staff and quiet location. Informal, central, easy, clean. Clean and tidy student bursa. That it was clean. clean hotel. location near workshoop!. It wasn't too far from the place I had to get to. For a single bed the bed was quite comfy. cleanliness, quiteness. A tidy room. I booked and didn't have the opportunity to stay the service is so bad and I felt hat they blew me by taking the money with no saying it is a very bad experience and I am not going to do it again not in that place not throw any letsbookhotel.com. nothing. Difficult to find. Specified check out time toooooo early. The room was so hot - perhaps on really hot days open the windows prior to guests arriving? It took until the early hours for it to cool down enough to be comfortable which wasn't great with a 4.30 alarm call. A double room would be ideal, then I could bring my partner for a City break. Far off city center, ten minutes walk from the nearest bus stop, no shops around, relatively slow Wifi. The toilet didn't flush. Parking tricky when picking up and dropping off keys. No tv in the room, no iron, no basic facilities in the building itself. That I wasnt told of the kitchen and amenities. Otherwise, beautiful. No breakfast on a weekend. This info wasn't released until post booking. Plus the cafe being closed when I visited at 10am. to old mattress!. £35 with no tv in the room is very pricey. The wifi was awful and kept cutting out There were other really loud, really rude people in my flat that made far too much noise when I wanted to relax upon settling for the night The staff didn't ask how my stay was Plus the place was so big that walking around was really confusing and the map didn't make much sense. It needs to show paths and routes clearer. In the dark it was a nightmare to know where I was going. difficulty in finding the place inspite of being few meters from the reception. No help at all with luggage or directions. Carrying luggage to reception to hand in the keys. could be much easier. level 2, c3 and d3 is bad and confusing labeling. Poor description on website no telly in room water in wet room didn't drain away for half an hour after a shower a good 10 minutes walk from the town they say is a five minute walk up quite a steep hill on check in they give you a map to show you where your room is and then you are on your own all electrical items in room are out of P.A.t test date is this safe ?? No facilities they shoe on the website were available on the night I stayed. every thing.
