  Unpretentious luxury. We chose a room with a patio as it could be used if it rained since it was beneath the balcony of the room above. It was large with plenty of storage space and comfy chairs & sofa. We requested and received sheets & blankets as we don’t get on with duvets. The staff were friendly, smart & efficient. The lounge bar food was both - It is very difficult to find anything specific as everything was expected from seeing the reviews and pictures on the website, which totally do The Coniston justice. My partner is from Yorkshire and we visit regularly and the location was perfect. Just outside Skipton and on the outskirts of the stunning Dales National Park.   the staff from our arrival were more than helpfull, and went out there way to find us a nice resturant to eat in and made the reservation for us. the hotel and the staff were brilliant! - The location and view from our room was excellent as was the room itself. The staff were friendly and informative and the restaurant and bar were both good.

  This is an exceptional hotel. Staff will do everything to make your stay welcome. We were totally relaxed from the minute we arrived and our bags were collected from the car and taken to our room.   The new managers had just taken over and had many issues to deal with. They made us feel very welcome and accomodated our needs well. The hotel needs some TLC but is comfortable and the rooms were adequate for the price. Overall, a nice place to stay near to the city (15 Min) walk or bus directly outside, generous parking area. - it was very hand... mitä ihmiset sanovat » y for the city, the rooms were clean and comfortable. there was ample free parking . the rates were very good . this is a very basic facility, but I would stay again. there was some road noise but I suspect they are in a conservation area so double glazing is not possible

  Excellent value. Beautiful location providing great opportunity for walks. Good welcome. It was nice to be able to return and make a warm drink after our walk even though it was our check out day. Thanks - The room and other facilities like toilets and showers were very clean and the staff behaviour were really friendly.

  The owner was very accomodating and helpful. The beds were very comfertable and the apartment very clean and well furnished. The location is central for the beach/sea/eating out. - The apartment was in an excellent position in the town, clean and well furnished. My bed was comfy and the communal kitchen and living room excellent.
